Presenter Fadhel Kaboub is associate professor of economics at Denison University and president of the Global Institute for Sustainable Prosperity. His academic work and public speaking focus on poverty, unemployment, and economic justice. His presentation makes the case for a Green New Deal and what it can deliver in a state like Ohio. He will argue for a federally funded Job Guarantee program to tackle climate change, inequality, and poverty.
