Get on the road to a solar solution!

The 2019 Green Energy Ohio — Licking County Solar Tour will take place
Friday and Saturday, September 27th and 28th
at various photovoltaic solar installations throughout the county. Installations range in size from a residential 2.4 kilowatts to a utility scale 2.3 megawatts.
All twelve sites are open FREE to the public at the hours designated on the Green Energy Ohio website:, which also provides important details about each site.

The guided tour is available:
Saturday morning, September 28 from 10:30 to 12:30.
Visits to four representative solar installations in Granville make up the guided tour.
The guided tour leaves at 10:30 AM from St Edwards Catholic Church, 785 Newark-Granville Rd. in Granville, Ohio.

In addition:
Saturday at 9:00 AM display of locally owned Electric Vehicles.
Saturday at 9:30 AM discussion of recent developments in residential solar.

The self-guided tour option is available:
Friday, September 27, from 10AM – 5:00PM and
Saturday, September 28, from 8AM – 5:00PM.

Helping to organize events across the state, next year Green Energy Ohio (GEO) will celebrate 20 years as a statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable energy policies, technologies, and practices.
GEO’s Executive Director, Jane Harf, resides in Granville.
