Licking County Concerned Citizens to Meet Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM in Granville

Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 2:00 PM
United Church of Granville
Southwest Corner of the Intersection of
Main Street and Broadway in
Granville, OH

Join us to watch the “MUST SEE” documentary film, FUEL, a Sundance winner for BEST Documentary audience award and a New York Times CRITIC’s PICK.

From Internet Movie Database:
“Director Josh Tickell takes us along for his 11-year journey around the world to find solutions to Amrica’s adiction to oil.  A shrinking economy, a failing auto industry, rampant unemployment, an out-of-control national debt, and an insatiable demand for energy weigh heavily on all of us. Fuel shows us the way out of the mess we’re in by explaining how to replace every drop of oil we now use, while creating green jobs and keeping our money here at home. The film never dwells on the negative, but instead shows us the easy solutions already within our reach.”

If you cannot attend the film and discussion, it is avaiable free on the internet:

In February the group agreed to have monthly meetings, alternating between agenda-driven issues and more informal gatherings with discussions and films.
Reserve the third Sunday of each month for future meetings.

    Dear Editor,

My name is Jean and I’m a writer at Jen Reviews. I was doing research on how to make a documentary and just finished reading your wonderful post:

In that article, I noticed that you cited a solid post that I’ve read in the past:

I just finished writing a guide that is even more detailed, updated and comprehensive on how to make a documentary – a detailed guide for visual creatives and storytellers. It is completely free, more than 5,000 words and packed with practical tips and advice. You can find it here:

If you like the guide we’d be humbled if you cited us in your article. Of course, we will also share your article with our 50k newsletter subscribers and followers across our social platforms.

Either way, keep up the great work!
